I’m a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Philadelphia, PA. I spend my days bridging complex technology with clear business and organizational rigor — engineer, TPM, product manager, and active builder, in that order of how I actually spend my time.
What I do
My technical execution centers on agentic systems and applied AI:
- Agentic system architecture — designing distributed multi-agent systems and parallel decision loops (coder, planner, orchestrator, and search agents working together rather than one monolithic model).
- Orchestrating model ecosystems — managing LLM serving, multi-provider routing, and failback policies across providers.
- Applied RAG & knowledge automation — scaling and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases for context.
- Production agent engineering — containerizing and extending production agents, and building the custom skills that make them useful day to day.
Who I work with
I align most closely with engineering-focused teams: Principal Engineers, Security Architects, Core API teams, Infrastructure SREs, ML Research Scientists, Production SREs, Azure Platform teams, Game Engine teams, Xbox Platform Engineering, and Cloud Networking SREs.
My approach
Engineering → Rigor → Execution → Impact.
In practice that means: build on an active homelab, align with stakeholders, deliver against high-scale systems, and optimize for efficiency and SLA performance.
External impact
Beyond the day job, I’m a public speaker, evangelist, and published author/technical writer — talks at conferences like BUILD, GDC, and XDC, plus writing and editing technical content.
Specific impact (Philadelphia & Remote-US)
- Xbox platform & gaming agents — engineering fleet orchestration for Xbox and gaming-adjacent agent systems.
- Video streaming architecture & optimization — SLA performance and cloud efficiency work.
- Principal TPM leadership — global program modernization strategy and execution, based out of Philadelphia.
- Engineering SDLC automation & metrics — driving agentic automation that’s cut turnaround from hours to minutes on repeatable engineering workflows.
Proud to call Philadelphia home, and to help build the future of deep technology.
