This is the first note in the vault – a short, atomic, interlinked reference note, distinct from the blog’s long-form posts. Proves the vault content section (plan 0004 / D4) renders correctly end to end; D8 seeds the real content and cross-links once wikilinks (D5) and backlinks (D6) land. Cross-links to [[Wikilinks]] (a real note) and to [[Nonexistent Note]] (not a real note, proving the unresolvable-target fallback).

Vault notes cross-link by title – double square brackets around the exact note title – rather than hand-typed URLs; see [[Hello Vault]] for the note this one links back to.
